Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellation, and no call no-shows will be charged a $25 fee. An additional $15 fee will be added to any appointment 15 minutes late for drop off and pick up. No refunds on any services due to behavior. No same day appointments . (unless specified by staff) Owner acknowledges knicks can happen due to matting/pelting Owner acknowledges groomer will not brush matting/pelting
